How To Live Stream Apple WWDC 2015 Keynote

Apple has updated its Apple Events app on Apple TV with a new entry detailing date, time and streaming info for the upcoming WWDC 2015 keynote. Apple’s keynote is scheduled to take place at 10am Pacific / 1pm Eastern on Monday, June 8.
Like every year, Apple’s live stream is officially supported to run only on Mac, iOS and Apple TV devices. But fret not, even if you don’t have any of Apple devices, you can still watch the live stream of WWDC 2015. The following guide will help you to live stream Apple’s keynote on iOS, Mac, Windows and Android devices.

Step 1: Make sure your Apple TV is up to date. If it isn’t, head to Settings -> General -> Software Updates and press on Update Software.
Step 2: Once your Apple TV is updated, just wait on the main screen for the new Apple Eventsapp with WWDC 2015 logo to automatically install.
Step 3: A new ‘Play’ button will automatically appear in-app when it’s time on the day of the event.
For live streaming via Apple TV, both the second-gen and third-gen models are supported with firmware version 6.2 and over.
iOS and OS X
If you are a iOS or OS X user, all you need to do is to go and stream it right in your web browser. It is important to note that you will require at least a Mac running Safari 6.0.5 or later on OS X 10.8.5 or later; and on iPhone, iPad or iPod touch running Safari on iOS 6.0 or later.
Step 1: Download VLC for Windows from here.
Step 2: Launch the app and navigate to Media > Open Network Stream > Network tab.
Step 3: Paste this link and hit the Play button to start the live stream.

Step 2: Launch the app and navigate to hamburger menu > Stream.
Step 3: Type in this url to begin streaming WWDC live.
